3. Apply filling on one side of slice.press firmly all 3 diagnoll pieces together with filling in between..
4. Melt butter in grill pan & place sandwich over it.press with spoon to get nice grill marks over.when grilled from one side turn to other. butter can be added again..
5. When both sides are grilled nice golden dish out & enjoy with any summer salad..
