Ingredients of Purple Up! Salad
- Prepare 1 package of mixed salad greens.
- It's 1 pkg of cherry tomatoes.
- It's 1/2 of of broccoli head (cut into small bite size pieces).
- You need 1/2 of cucumber cut into bite size pieces.
- Prepare 4 ounces of fresh blueberries.
- It's 4 ounces of blueberry goat cheese cut into small pieces.
- You need of Raspberry salad dressing.
Add blueberries and goat cheese on top. Add light amount of salad dressing (or on the side) for personal choice. Fill a large bowl or pot with very hot tap water. The combination of the purple cabbage (a little sweeter than the green) and the apples is awesome.

Seems as though it's the season for purple potatoes, here in Indiana at least. We came across these fancy spuds at the farmer's market this weekend and couldn't pass them up.
