Ingredients of Egg Roll
- It's 250 g of all purpose flour.
- It's 3 pcs of egg.
- You need 1/2 of cucumber chopped.
- You need 1 of small onion chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of sugar.
- It's 4 tbsp of oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- Prepare of Water for kneading the dough.
Egg Roll instructions
- Add one egg in the all purpose flour n mix... then add sugar in some water n make a syrup... then add the syrup in the flour n mix well....
- Then gradually add water n knead a soft dough...then leave it for at least 10 min....
- Then make small doughs or loi then roll it n make a long strip then roll it on top of them....
- Roll it using a rolling pin n shape it like a roti... Then heat a tawa n add some oil n fry the paratha till golden brown...
- Again heat some oil n crack one egg on the tawa n spread the egg in the size of the paratha....
- Then keep the paratha on top of the egg n cook it for a while....
- When cooked take it out in a plate n keep some chopped cucumber n onion in the middle n put some tomato sauce n green chilli sauce on top on the chopped cucumber n onion....
- Roll the paratha n make the roll then cover with paper like outside...repeat the process for other rolls....
