- You need 2-3 Cups of Shredded Chicken.
- It's 1 Cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese.
- Prepare 1 Head of Broccoli Chopped.
- You need of Sliced Portobello Mushrooms.
- Prepare 1 Box of Large Shells.
- Prepare of Alfredo Sauce (I use Bertolli).
This pasta dish is so easy to make! Start off by mixing your cooked, chopped chicken with the ricotta in a large bowl. Fold the chicken and its juices from the plate into the ricotta mixture. Totally homemade and easy to prep ahead so dinnertime is a breeze.
Stuffed Alfredo Chicken Shells instructions
- Make large shells as directed on box.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of parmesan, and 3/4 of Alfredo sauce.
- Put some of the Alfredo Sauce at the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Fill cooked shells with chicken mixture and place shells into baking dish.
- Top shells with leftover 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
At our house, we aren't huge microwaved-straight-leftover fans. Place cooked and shredded chicken into a mixing bowl. TIP: You can substitute the homemade Alfredo sauce for your favorite jar of pre-made Alfredo. I mean my chicken alfredo pasta bake is pretty popular. Plus they heat up as leftovers really well!
